The Studio Cottage sleeps 4 adults+ additional cot and child's bed is available . 

It has air-conditioning and central heating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Hairdryers are supplied in both bedrooms.

There is a very large, open plan studio room with cedar wood vaulted ceiling, large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. This room is divided between the bedroom area, which has a king size bed and a comfortable living area.

The luxury, shaker style kitchen is fully equipped and has a full sized oven and hob unit, refrigerator, microwave and freezer. This room has its own bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom containing two single beds, which can be situated to provide one large double bed. The en-suite shower room contains a shower, toilet and basin.

The cottage is of single story, no steps or stairs and is therefore suitable for guests with very young children , the elderly or less mobile.

Ample off road parking is available at the property

Guests are encouraged to use the formal gardens. Please supervise your children when they are using the Tree-house , slide and swing. Please note, we have a raised pond with a  metal wire grid, which is child-safe.  The cottage has a separate patio area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue available.

 

Strictly no pets and no smoking. Children friendly.
